To submit your sequences:

  • From homepage, select "Submit" tab
  • To select sequence files from your computer, choose button "Choose File" then press "Load Selected Files", the selected sequences will be insert into below text box

  • We also provided 2 example fasta files, the user can load it by selecting "Add Example Fasta" button

  • Press "Submit" to submit the sequences or "Reset" to input again

  • The user can submit one single fasta file or multiple fasta file
  • The user can only submit the electron transport protein into this server, because our web server developed for predicting FAD binding sites in electron transport protein
  • In the result page, the amino acid with red color means that it was predicted as FAD binding site.
