Data of FAD Binding Proteins
The FAD binding proteins dataset from this web-server retrieved from UniProt database. There are totally 61 FAD binding proteins used in this study. The collected protein sequences in were divided into two datasets: the training dataset and the independent test dataset. In this phase, the training dataset is used for identifying FAD binding sites in electron transport proteins; the independent test dataset is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. We use all 6 FAD binding proteins in electron transport chain as independent testing, then the training dataset includes 55 general FAD proteins (contains 863 FAD binding and 24408 Non-FAD binding). The details of all datasets are listed in this table.
