Study and Implementation of "Machine Learning Techniques"

Welcome to GTP-TP-RBF

GTP-TP-RBF - is a web-server specially trained for the identification of Guanosine-5'-triphosphate (GTP) in transport proteins.

This prediction server is built by using QuickRBF classification based on PSSM profiles with 19 sliding window and SAAPs. We used the independent data set to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, which achieved an accuracy of 98.7%. This web server is vital in helping biologists clearly understand the operating mechanisms of GTP binding sites in transport proteins.

We also developed friendly web interface that user can easity submit their sequence ( by using sequence file or type in the text box). The performance of this web server is as fast as possible. After the submission, user only waits for the short time to receive the results.
