Data of GTP Binding Proteins

The GTP binding proteins dataset from this web-server retrieved from UniProt database. There are totally 22 GTP binding proteins used in this study. The collected protein sequences in were divided into two datasets: the training dataset and the independent test dataset. In this phase, the training dataset is used for identifying GTP binding sites in transport proteins; the independent test dataset is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. We use 4 GTP binding proteins as independent testing, then the training dataset includes 18 GTP proteins (contains 364 GTP binding and 10434 Non-GTP binding). The details of all datasets are listed in this table.
